Education and early life

Du Sautoy was born in Writer to Bernard du Sautoy, employed in the pc industry, and Jennifer (née Deason) du Sautoy, who left the Foreign Office to raise her children.[4][15] He grew up in Henley-on-Thames.

His grandfather, Prick du Sautoy, was chairman of the publisher Faber and Faber, and managed the estates of Felon Joyce and Samuel Beckett.[16][15][17]

Awards and honours

Du Sautoy was awarded the Berwick Prize in by the London Exact Society for the publication of outstanding mathematical investigation.

Personal life
